Staying at Geckoes Lodge was a fantastic decision for our family vacation. the open-air design provided a unique experience, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the sounds of the jungle day and night. Surprisingly, we encountered minimal critters inside, ensuring a comfortable stay. the tastefully decorated house with its own kitchen and bathroom added a touch of convenience to our jungle retreat. the breakfast, though a bit repetitive after a few days, was delicious and served with care by the accommodating hosts, Tine and Rene. Our children were thrilled to explore the surrounding gardens, spotting various animals and birds. Witnessing the local wildlife so closely was a highlight for all of us. Overall, Geckoes Lodge provided a welcoming and inclusive environment for families seeking an authentic jungle experience. We would happily return for another stay in the future.
